Report Tax Fraud

New Jersey relies on its citizens to help fight tax fraud. You can report suspected tax evasion and fraud involving individuals, businesses, and tax preparers using the form below—it is quick, easy, and confidential.

You can make a report anonymously. However, it helps us if you identify yourself should we need to contact you for additional information.

To ensure confidentiality, we cannot provide you an update or final outcome of our review once you submit your report.

If you have evidence to submit with your report you cannot use this online system. Print this form and email it along with your documentation to: Catch.Taxation@treas.nj.gov.
